Bot4Q

Refund Policy

When you get your money back, and how to ask.

Last updated 13 October 2026

The short version. Ask within 14 days and you get your money back if you have not really used it. The trial exists so you do not have to gamble in the first place.

Monthly subscriptions

Full refund within 14 days of a payment, provided the account used fewer than 100 translations in that billing period. After that, the current period is not refunded — cancel and you keep the service until the period ends.

Prepaid terms (3, 6 and 12 months)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, under the same usage condition. After that there is no refund for the remainder — but if we end the service, the unused months come back to you pro-rata.

The trial

500 translations within 14 days, before any payment. It is there so that you find out whether Bot4Q works for your channel without buying it first.

How to ask

Email [email protected], or contact Link support from your receipt. Either route reaches a refund; you do not need to find the right one.

Stripe's own rules

Stripe may issue a refund within 60 days of a payment in certain cases, including to resolve a dispute. That sits above this policy and we do not override it.

Before you charge back

If something looks wrong on your statement — most likely as LINK.COM* followed by our descriptor — please ask us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and gets you the same money more slowly.
