Bot4Q

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Corp 4Q Inc for Bot4Q.

Last updated 13 October 2026

The short version. Bot4Q translates live chat in your Kick or Twitch channel. You can try it free for 500 translations within 14 days. After that it is $19.95 a month, or less on a prepaid term. Your subscription is sold and billed by Link on Stripe's platform, not by us directly. Translation is machine translation and will sometimes be wrong. If you stop paying, translation stops and your dashboard stays open.

1. Who you are dealing with

Bot4Q is operated by Corp 4Q Inc, a Wyoming corporation (“we”, “us”).

Your purchase is made from Link, not from us. Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record for every subscription: Link is the seller on your receipt, your card statement will show LINK.COM* followed by our descriptor, and Link collects and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country. We remain responsible for the service itself.

2. What the service is

On a channel you control, and where the Bot4Q bot account has been made a moderator, Bot4Q reads public chat messages, sends their text to a third-party AI translation provider, and posts the translation back into the same chat. Where you enable them, it also provides Ko-fi donation alerts, currency conversion (!convert) and the !say command.

Our privacy policy describes what is processed and forms part of these terms.

3. Trial

A new account gets 500 translations, usable within 14 days — whichever runs out first. The trial is tied to your Kick or Twitch identity rather than to an email address, and one identity gets one trial. When the trial ends, translation stops until you subscribe.

4. Price and billing

$19.95 per month. Prepaid 3, 6 and 12-month terms are offered at a discount; current prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the Link website or from your Bot4Q dashboard.

Founder pricing. The first ten accounts to subscribe receive 25% off whatever term they choose, for as long as that subscription remains active. If the subscription lapses or is cancelled, founder pricing ends and the then-current price applies.

We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps the price it was taken out at, for as long as it stays active. A change applies to new subscriptions, and to a subscription restarted after it has lapsed.

5. Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: 14 days, if the service has not substantially been used. Separately, Stripe may issue a refund within 60 days of a payment under its own buyer-protection rules, and we do not override that.

6. Machine translation — what you are accepting

Translations are produced by an AI model and will sometimes be wrong, sometimes in ways that change the meaning rather than simply reading awkwardly. We do not review them, and we cannot guarantee accuracy, tone, or that a translation is appropriate for its context.

Translations are posted into your chat under your channel's name, by a bot you chose to run. You are responsible for what appears in your channel. If the output is not something you want in front of your audience, turn translation off — !tr off does it immediately — and tell us.

Do not use Bot4Q where a mistranslation would cause real harm: medical, legal, financial or safety-critical communication.

7. Your viewers

8. Platforms we do not control

Bot4Q runs on Kick and Twitch. They can change their APIs, their rate limits or their rules at any time, and they can revoke our access. If that stops the service working we will say so, but it is not something we can promise against.

The bot also needs moderator status in your channel in order to post. Removing it stops the service; granting it is your action in your own channel, and we cannot do it for you.

9. Fair use

Each account has a monthly translation allowance, shown on your dashboard. We also share a posting quota across all customers on each platform — in heavy traffic, posting may be slowed or shed to keep every channel working. We do not bill you for translations a cap prevented.

10. Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. We run Bot4Q carefully and monitor it, but it is a small, independently operated service: there is no SLA, no credit for downtime, and no guaranteed response time.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use Bot4Q to break the law, to harass anyone, to evade a platform ban, or to generate content that would violate Kick's or Twitch's rules. We can suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

12. Suspension and ending the agreement

If payment fails or a subscription lapses, translation stops and your dashboard and settings stay reachable, so you can pay and resume. You can cancel at any time. We can end the service with reasonable notice, and will refund any prepaid unused period if we do.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost viewers, or consequences of a mistranslation.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes get at least 14 days' notice by email or in the dashboard, and continuing to use Bot4Q after that is acceptance.

15. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Questions: [email protected]. Billing and refunds can also go to Link support from your receipt.
